The clock is made of hickory wood

The stain you’ve chosen is applied to your clock, we then apply a seal coat and top coat to add durability and to protect the finish.

Up to 7 lbs
- First we take lumber and cut them into linear staves (strips) of wood to the height of your clock
- Then we glue these staves together, creating a slab that is the diameter (both height and width) of your clock
- We then take this slab and really begin creating your clock on a CNC machine in a two-step process
- First, we will process all of the back milling, with the back face up. Second, we will process all of the front milling, with the front face up
- After this, we sand the clock to prepare it to be finished (stained or painted)

The clock then runs through our Finish department, assembled plus a final quality inspection prior to being shipped to you

Designed, manufactured and hand-finished in our small studio in Michigan.
Each hickory clock is unique as each piece of wood is unique with different grain, fiber arrangement and shade of the wood. Because of this, your clock will look similar, but not match the example pictures we’ve provided. The true color of our product could vary from what you see on your electronic device due to display settings.
In our studio we follow these production steps to get you your perfect and one of a kind clock!
Due to the nature of “Made to Order”, please understand your item will leave our facility within 10 business days of your order (excluding holidays and planned production shutdowns).
