Refund policy

All items are made to order including size, color, and design, therefore all items are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

We do however, strive to exceed your expectations. If you're unhappy with your order, please contact us so we can try and work together to satisfy the issue.

Cancellations

We understand you may change your mind after placing your order, please understand that once your item is in production, materials cannot be reused for another project as all of our orders are made to order. The good news is that we have clearly defined our cancellation policy for each step in the process. Please refer to our cancellation policies below:

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
• Orders cancelled more than 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 45% of the product purchase price.
• Once your order has been shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item was manufactured in the wrong color, size, or design. You are eligible for a replacement item in the correct color, size, and design after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong item. Please refer to our Wood Color Policy to understand natural characteristics of the woods we manufacture with and acceptable color shading that is possible.

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a replacement item. Please provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and the shipping provider as soon as possible. We will need photographs of the damaged packaging as well.
