      Designed, manufactured and hand-finished in our small studio in Michigan.

      • The clock is made of staycor

      • A primer is applied to your clock, we then apply a topcoat in the color you’ve chosen 

      • Diameter: 23 in' or 58.4 cm

      • Will require one double A battery

      • Batteries not included  

      • Up to 7 lbs

       

      Each painted clock provides a color consistent finish. In addition, the smoothed surface provided by our Staycor material means your clock will match the example pictures provided in your color combination/clock design. But, the true color of our product could vary from what you see on your electronic device due to display settings.

       

      In our studio we follow these production steps to get you your perfect and one of a kind clock!

      • We cut large sheets of our staycor material into slabs, to the diameter (both height and width) of your clock

      • We then take this slab and really begin creating your clock on a CNC machine in a two-step process. First, we will process all of the back milling, with the back face up. Second, we will process all of the front milling, with the front face up.

      • After this, we sand the clock to prepare it to be finished.

      • The clock then runs through our Finish department, assembled plus a final quality inspection prior to being shipped to you!

       

      Due to the nature of “Made to Order”, please understand your item will leave our facility within 10 business days of your order (excluding holidays and planned production shutdowns).
